We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your order in full (minus shipping). If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Some Sale items including those marked as “Final Sale” may not be returned or refunded

Be sure to include the original packing slip. All information needed to return a product should be included in the original package you received. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with your order for help.
Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable. You are also responsible for covering return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know the approval of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 6 days for us to receive and process your return.
Sale items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or refunded.
We do not offer exchanges. You can always return an item (in accordance with our policy) and place a new order for a different size, color, or product. In the rare occasion that we send you a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. If this happens, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue immediately!
