User instructions:

There are few things to keep in mind when using this awesome little device.

Always pull both sides of the cords out together. Pulling just one side will result in a fixable jam in the retractor spring.
Do not pull cords hard ‚ they pull out and retract smoothly and there is no need to use a lot of force to either extract or retract the cords.
When Pulling the cords out at the same time ‚Äì you will hear and feel several clicks that you can stop at for your desired length.
It is not necessary to pull the cords out to the full extension if not needed.
To retract the cords back into the spring-loaded holder, simply pull both cords out slightly and then allow the retractable spring to gently retract the cords back into the holder.

Should one side of the cord get pulled out in error and you find yourself unable to retract the

Gently pull each side of the cord out as far they will go.
Next ‚ while holding the shorter side of the cords, GENTLY pull the round spring loaded casing down the cord ‚ finding the center.
Once the housing is centered between the 2 cords, simply pull both cords out and let them retract back fully into the housing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
